Residential Steep Slope Roofing Sales

Job Description

Commonwealth Roofing Corp. is seeking a driven Residential Steep Slope Roofing Salesperson to help homeowners protect and improve their homes. Established in 1981, Commonwealth Roofing Corp. brings more than four decades of roofing experience, quality materials, clear documentation, warranties, and experienced production support to every homeowner conversation. This role is ideal for a self-motivated hunter who can generate opportunities, earn homeowner trust, and build a strong book of repeat and referral business.

Responsibilities

Generate residential roofing opportunities through referrals, neighborhood outreach, networking, past customers, and community relationships.
Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowner needs.
Educate customers on roof conditions, repair and replacement options, materials, warranties, timing, and budget considerations.
Develop and present accurate proposals.
Address objections, guide homeowners through the buying process, and close sales.
Respond to leads, maintain consistent customer follow-up, and manage CRM records.
Generate referrals and solicit reviews from existing customers and completed projects.
Develop the assigned market through homeowner relationships and business-generation activities.

Required Qualifications

At least one year of experience in residential roofing sales.
