Overview The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Southern Illinois to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and growing ENT service. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity offering a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, strong clinical support, and a highly competitive compensation package.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed model
- 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
- Based at a regional medical center serving a multi-county area
- Strong hospital support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
- Fully integrated EPIC EMR
- PSLF eligible and J-1 visa sponsorship available
- Guaranteed first-year salary: $525,000
- Sign-on bonus: $36,000-$50,000
- Quality bonus up to 2.5% tied to productivity
- Relocation allowance up to $15,000
- Comprehensive benefits: medical/dental, 401(k) & 457(b), 5 weeks PTO, 1 week CME + allowance, holidays, malpractice with tail
