Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000 $115,000 annually, based on experience
• Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Support occasional home health, SNF, and school-based cases as needed
• Document patient progress efficiently using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in weekend rotation approximately every 67 weeks
• Engage in rare holiday coverage, if scheduled
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and safety standards

What You Need

• Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (within one year of hire)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in relevant settings
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (preferably Epic)

• Flexibility with scheduling options
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
