Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Document patient care using Epic EMR system with excellent technical knowledge
• Participate in occasional SNF or home health visits as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards
• Contribute to community health initiatives and engage with local schools and facilities

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within first year of employment
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Epic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
