This role entails leading and directing a team of professionals while ensuring a deep understanding of functional interactions and business impact of technical contributions. A strong commercial awareness is essential, along with excellent communication skills for internal and external negotiations. The role is accountable for delivering end results, exercising control over resources, procedure formulation, and planning for a sub-function. It includes full management responsibility for personnel, planning, performance evaluation, hiring, and disciplinary actions. This position is crucial for providing effective governance and commitment to Citigroup's Enterprise Resilience (ER) program, policies, and standards within ER Program and Crisis Management.ResponsibilitiesProvide effective governance and the highest level of commitment to Citigroup's Enterprise Resilience (ER) program, policies, and standards in our overall ER Program Administration and Crisis Management.Maintain proactive communication with Senior Management concerning the overall ER Program, including ER Strategies & Assumptions to ensure it meets the needs of the business units.Participate in Enterprise Resilience (ER) Policy planning, work groups, and calls to help ensure ER interests are represented in new PCM, guidelines, etc.Ensure the ER Program maintains a high level of reliability by providing direction and oversight, acting as the technical liaison for all ER activities performed by technology business units.Manage personnel, planning, performance evaluation, hiring, and disciplinary actions.Support, coordinate, and maintain the risk-assessment process with business/technology unit-level information.Perform liaison activities during audits by regulatory examination agencies, and internal/external audit groups where ER is involved, including coordination with individual business units.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervising the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications10+ years of Banking or Financial Services industry experience, with specific experience related to Disaster Recovery / Enterprise Resilience planning and testing.Advanced degree preferred.Excellent communication skills are required to communicate with all staff levels and when communicating problems, opportunities, and concepts to non-technical individuals.Excellent written communication skills are required to document policies, procedures, and standards as they apply to ER.Must have strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to work well with both seasoned and inexperienced team members.Must be able to work through cross-departmental/business situations, track performance, communicate expectations, anticipate and recognize problems, and, when appropriate, escalate appropriately.Must be able to apply ER standards to completed and projected projects.Must be able to manage and prioritize responsibilities through the effective use of time management and organizational techniques.Must be able to apply analytical skills to improve performance of all ER-associated projects.Must be fully proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to perform complex data analysis and presentation of results to senior management.Must understand and execute proper escalations when necessary to ensure risk and compliance goals and deadlines are met.EducationBachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Corporate Services------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Enterprise Resilience------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$130,880.00 - $196,320.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
