Job Title: RN Acute Rehab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Acute Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Preferred experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Description: Provide direct patient care. Implement care plans. Coordinate discharge needs. Experience in a 15-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation setting is preferred. Strong communication and patient assessment skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to patient-centered care and positive outcomes. Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols and best practices is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing patient needs.
