We are looking for a Director of Physical Therapy to oversee an outpatient physical therapy office in Woodstock, VA. This role is focused on clinical leadership, patient care quality, team supervision, and efficient daily operations.

The Director of Physical Therapy helps patients improve movement, rebuild strength, reduce physical limitations, and work toward meaningful functional goals. This position also supports staff performance, documentation standards, and care coordination.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of outpatient physical therapy services
• Completing patient evaluations and establishing individualized care plans
• Providing direct treatment and monitoring patient progress throughout care
• Supervising clinical staff and assisting with professional development
• Reviewing documentation for accuracy, quality, and timely completion
• Supporting scheduling, patient flow, and daily clinic organization
• Maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines
