Ink Technician

Role and Responsibilities Safely handle chemicals and materials. Manufacture various inks and pastes. Use printing machines as needed. Run quality inspection equipment. Perform equipment set up, change‑over and low‑level maintenance. Assist in developing manufacturing procedures to create the most efficient processes. Record, maintain and report quality, inventory and production data. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Other related duties as assigned by supervision. Skills and Experience BS in Science or Engineering or AS with 2 years of lab or manufacturing experience. Experience safely handling chemicals and materials, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Industrial kitchen experience (baking, cooking) could be transferable. Experience with Quality Assurance equipment such as viscometers, balances, etc. Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel is a must. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Self‑motivated and able to work in a team environment. Ability to troubleshoot chemical lab equipment. Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimum supervision. Location & Schedule Based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on‑site, in‑office role. All shifts are open: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd; Monday‑Friday.
