* Track and maintain IPTlevel task trackers, deliverables, and communications
* Coordinate meetings and visits, including external partners, senior leadership, sponsors, or others as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead
* Take meeting notes as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead
* Track and support material acquisition procurements, including creating and maintaining an IPT material inventory
* Assist IPT Leadership with Knowledge Management tasks
* Support the IPT by demonstrating eagerness to learn about cybersecurity, quantum sensors, electronic warfare, optical communications, and radiofrequency communications

* Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint
* Project management experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Ability to clearly communicate issues and updates between teams and leadership
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

* TS//SCI clearance
* Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic IPT processes or similar DoD program environments
* Experience supporting task management, knowledge management, or operations coordination functions
* Exposure to or interest in technical domains such as cybersecurity, quantum sensors, electronic warfare, optical communications, or RF communications
* Experience coordinating meetings, visits, or multistakeholder engagements
