Confidential Employer | The Woodlands, TX Hybrid: Three Days Onsite / Two Days Remote Full-Time | $90,000 to $100,000 Base Salary Our client, a growing, multi-site specialty healthcare organization, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support employees and leaders across a dynamic operating environment. This role will serve as a hands-on partner to leaders while supporting employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and the broader employee lifecycle. The right candidate will bring healthcare HR experience, sound judgment, and the ability to move comfortably between complex employee matters and the practical day-to-day needs of a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Manager Partnership Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers across locations and business functions. Coach managers through employee relations matters, performance concerns, attendance issues, workplace conflicts, and corrective‑action decisions. Conduct timely, objective, and well‑documented workplace investigations in partnership with HR leadership and legal counsel when appropriate. Guide managers through performance reviews, coaching conversations, performance improvement plans, development discussions, and employee accountability. Identify recurring employee relations or leadership issues and recommend practical solutions that address underlying business or workforce concerns. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Provide HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, leaves, accommodations, transfers, promotions, and separations. Partner with recruiting and hiring leaders to clarify staffing needs, support candidate selection, and strengthen the hiring and onboarding experience. Coordinate with payroll and benefits partners to resolve employee questions and ensure timely, accurate information. Maintain appropriate employee documentation and support updates to policies, procedures, job descriptions, templates, and manager resources. Apply working knowledge of employment requirements and organizational policies to support consistent, compliant HR practices. Workforce Planning & Organizational Growth Build productive relationships with clinical, operational, and corporate leaders across a multi‑site healthcare organization. Partner with leaders to evaluate staffing levels, turnover, attendance, vacancies, employee needs, and other workforce trends. Use HR data, employee feedback, and operational insight to identify patterns, prioritize concerns, and recommend practical responses. Support organizational growth, workforce changes, clinic integrations, and other initiatives affecting employees, managers, or operating teams. Participate in cross‑functional initiatives involving culture, communication, compliance, workforce effectiveness, and organizational growth. Required Qualifications Four or more years of progressive human resources experience in an HR generalist, employee relations, HR operations, or HR business partner capacity. Professional HR experience within healthcare, physician practice management, ambulatory care, hospital operations, or another healthcare services environment. Demonstrated ability to independently coach managers through sensitive or complex employee relations and performance matters. Experience conducting or supporting workplace investigations and corrective‑action processes. Broad knowledge of performance management, onboarding, leave administration, policy interpretation, employee documentation, and employment compliance. Experience supporting multiple departments, locations, or employee populations. Sound judgment, discretion, organization, problem‑solving ability, and follow‑through. Ability to work onsite in The Woodlands, TX three days per week and remotely two days per week. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, with a Human Resources degree preferred. Experience supporting a multi‑site or multi‑state healthcare organization, physician practice group, or healthcare MSO. Experience supporting organizational growth, clinic integration, acquisitions, or workforce change. Working knowledge of HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, and employee‑data reporting. PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP certification. The anticipated base salary range is $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience, qualifications, and alignment with the position's requirements.
