Job Details Location: 2995 Atlanta Rd SE, Suite A-160, Smyrna, GA 30080. Salary Range: $10.00 - $15.00 hourly. Position Overview Willys Mexicana Grills Team Members (TMs) are responsible for restaurant operations, product knowledge, food portioning, and delivering Above and Beyond Guest Service supported by Willys management. TM will complete Willys training and work harmoniously to fulfill the mission of delivering flavor-filled food to the community. Your success will be measured by providing stellar Guest Service, arriving promptly, and sharing a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Support team tasks such as restocking, cleaning, and setting up all areas efficiently while maintaining constant communication with management. Participate in FUELED BY FUN Taco Talks to recognize performance and inform the team on daily goals and challenges. Prepare and cook food accurately following recipe cards and maintain safety, sanitation, and security standards. Passion for creating Hero Moments. Operate cash register and POS system. Operate restaurant equipment (e.g., fryers and grills). Understand and follow health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. Lift 50 pounds and reach, bend, stoop, scrub equipment multiple times per shift. Walk and stand the entire shift.
