Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Asset Tokenization Product Lead will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products supporting tokenized digital assets across their full lifecycle. This role will drive the commercialization and scaling of tokenized assets by translating market needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies into clear product direction. The role will partner closely with technology, risk, legal, operations, distribution, and other product teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilitiesLead product development across the end‑to‑end asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distributionPartner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisionsCollaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment, operational resilience, and strong control frameworksWork with Distribution and client‑facing teams to identify client demand, support go‑to‑market strategy, and prioritize use casesMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets and digital marketsServe as a cross‑functional leader and subject matter expert for asset tokenization initiativesRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in product management, investment services, asset management, or related financial services rolesStrong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and asset servicing modelsDemonstrated experience leading cross‑functional product teams from concept through deliveryProven ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and riskExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with digital assets, blockchain‑based products, or tokenized financial instrumentsFamiliarity with distributed ledger technology and digital asset platformsExperience supporting the full asset lifecycle (issuance, custody, servicing, settlement, and reporting)Background in regulated financial institutions with strong governance and risk management disciplines**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
