Account Executive

Gilbert, Arizona, United States of America Hybrid Full Time An Account Executive at AHA would serve as the direct link between the organization and its clients, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. They would be responsible for client servicing and acquisition, working to bring more clients into the organization to increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring customer satisfaction. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new client opportunities to increase revenue. Needs Assessment: Understand clients' business needs and propose appropriate solutions. Activity Coordination: Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account. Reporting: Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings. Market Analysis: Analyze marketing trends and research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies. Strategy Development: Develop plans to target new customers and create account strategies to introduce and promote AHA's services to potential markets. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build opportunity pipelines. Financial Evaluation: Evaluate the financial aspects of business development. Required Skills: Excellent communication and motivational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. Strong understanding of business processes. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-confidence and trust-building abilities. Fluency with digital platforms. Ability to work under pressure. This role is crucial in helping AHA achieve its mission of making home and energy ownership attainable and sustainable.
