Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Inside Sales Representative to support customer accounts, coordinate orders and quotations, and serve as a key link between customers and internal teams. What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support. Coordinate accounts, quotations, orders, projects, and follow-up activities. Maintain accurate customer and account information within CRM and business systems. Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Shipping, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve customer needs. Monitor open items and proactively communicate updates and next steps. Support process improvement initiatives that enhance workflows, data quality, and the customer experience. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, order management, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or other business systems. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
