Digital Consulting Senior Associate, Oracle Cloud Core Financials

Senior Associate: The Senior Associate plays an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. The role involves heavy client interaction, project management, data analysis, and presentation creation. The Senior Associate will develop analysts and coachees and may travel up to 50% as required. Responsibilities Hands‑on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery. Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities. Develop functional setups, run data loads, and support integration testing. Work with clients to resolve issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and provide end‑user support. Prepare reports, dashboards, and training materials to support client adoption. Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise. Travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle E‑Business Suite, or other ERP/financial systems. Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast‑paced consulting environment. Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams. Estimated base salary range: $120,000 – $145,000. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive program, is $134,400 – $171,100. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
