Operations Manager

Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Shift: 2nd Description / Responsibilities Monitor plastic extrusion lines to ensure optimal production performance. Regularly check resin levels to maintain continuous operation of extrusion lines. Collaborate with management to ensure all equipment is properly maintained for safe and efficient functionality. Read and calculate measurements to meet production schedule requirements. Conduct quality control checks on materials to ensure compliance with standards. Safely operate forklifts to move and handle materials as needed. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications & Requirements Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic. Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds (not consecutively) and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, or stooping throughout the shift as required. Self-motivated and safety-minded with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Basic math skills and the ability to read and calculate measurements accurately. Must be able to pass a drug test. Experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, plastic extrusion processes, and forklift operation is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
