Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify patient needs accurately.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans, reflecting their specific goals and addressing cultural considerations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to deliver treatment in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, encompassing progress notes and treatment summaries, adhering to clinic policies and compliance regulations.

• Educate patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills to effectively manage their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a broad range of professionals—including psychiatrists and nurses—to organize comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Regularly evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to clinical approaches based on ongoing outcome assessments.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health to continuously refine clinical strategies and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
