Business Office Coordinator

Responsibilities Provide support to the community, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other human resources related duties. Track community accounting changes and prepare and record all invoices for the community. Assist with new hire documentation and organize and maintain personnel, resident, marketing, and other files as needed. Qualifications Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple administrative tasks and maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with community partners. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
