Position Overview

As a Stockroom Operations Lead for UGG, you lead back‐of‐house execution. You set the standard for inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and operational flow, ensuring the floor is supported and ready every day. Through clear priorities, real‐time problem solving, and consistent coaching, you help the store operate smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

35 % of time

Lead Daily Stockroom Execution

· Execute daily stock priorities such as processing, replenishment, and organization with accuracy and consistency.

· Follow established routines to support store readiness and smooth product flow from back of house to floor.

· Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment where product is easy to access.

25 % of time

Team & Shift Leadership

· Show up reliable, focused, and ready to contribute during all shifts.

· Follow safe and consistent operational practices.

· Support team success by staying aligned with shift priorities and helping where needed.

20 % of time

Consistency, Personal Feedback and Talent Development

· Receive and apply feedback to improve accuracy, organization, and execution.

· Follow best practices related to safety and stockroom standards.

· Support teammates by maintaining consistency and sharing knowledge when appropriate.

Operational Problem Solving & Execution

· Identify basic stock or organization issues during daily tasks.

· Understand product priorities and support timely processing and replenishment.

Key Qualifications and Physical Demands outline the essential skills, attributes, and minimum requirements a candidate must possess, alongside the environmental and bodily effort necessary to perform daily job duties.

· Work Environment- Work is performed in a retail store environment with moderate to high customer interaction. The setting may involve fluctuating noise levels, extended hours of operation, and exposure to busy sales floors, stockrooms, and seasonal merchandising changes. Employees may work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Physical Demands- The role requires frequent standing and walking throughout scheduled shifts. Physical activities may include bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and repetitive movements. Employees may be required to lift and carry merchandise or supplies, generally up to 25–40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

· Additional Considerations- The ability to engage positively with customers and remain active on the sales floor for extended periods is essential to the role.

Additional Requirements

· 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a premium or high‐volume environment

· Previous experience in a stockroom, leadership, or informal leadership role preferred

· Ability to open and close the store, including responsibility for store security and cash handling procedures

· Demonstrated ability to lead a shift, set priorities, and support team execution in real time

· Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and in-the-moment coaching

· Ability to make decisions under pressure while maintaining a calm and solutions‐oriented approach

· Valid driver's license is required. Occasional travel between sites and operation of company or rental vehicles, including U-Haul trucks, may be required

· 18 years old
