Account Executive – Industrial Automation & Manufacturing Software

A growing industrial automation and digital manufacturing solutions company in the Bingham Farms, MI area is currently seeking an Account Executive for a Direct Hire opportunity. Salary: Based on experience and education, plus a competitive commission and bonus program. All qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.

Qualified Account Executives should have most, if not all, of the following:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience within industrial automation, manufacturing software, systems integration, controls, MES, IIoT, or related technical industries
• Proven success developing new business while growing existing customer relationships
• Experience selling technical or consultative solutions with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with manufacturing customers including Engineering, Operations, Plant Management, Maintenance, or IT leadership
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% throughout the assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent industry sales experience will be considered
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to complete standard pre-employment background and drug screening
