Job Summary
The Dispatch Coordinator supports daily operational activities within a transportation and logistics environment. This role assists the Central Dispatcher with freight and driver coordination, performs data entry, and prepares daily revenue reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dispatch setting.

Job Summary
The Dispatch Coordinator supports daily operational activities within a transportation and logistics environment. This role assists the Central Dispatcher with freight and driver coordination, performs data entry, and prepares daily revenue reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dispatch setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Central Dispatcher with the displacement and coordination of freight and drivers (80%)
- Perform miscellaneous data entry tasks to support dispatch operations (10%)
- Produce the daily Revenue Report and complete data entry of bills (10%)
- Monitor and update GeoTab electronic logs to ensure compliance
- Follow established procedures and maintain accuracy in all documentation
- Communicate effectively with drivers, internal teams, and external partners
- Support general operational tasks as needed to maintain workflow efficiency
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn new systems and follow established procedures
- Experience with GeoTab electronic logs preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
