Sr. Payroll Analyst

Our client, a large CPaaS company, is looking for a Sr. Payroll Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully remote role working out of the central or eastern time zones. The successful candidate will have at least three years of end-to-end payroll processing experience, expert knowledge of payroll laws & processes, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills!
- Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.
- Contract Role: 3 months, project role
- Pay: $50-55/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099)
- Schedule: M-F, standard work hours within ET or CT time zone schedules
- Manage end-to-end US multi-state payroll processing (process timecards, review payroll calculations, garnishments, payroll disbursements, etc.)
- Perform consistent payroll audits to ensure all transactions are processed and reported accurately
- Review and resolve employee inquiries through ServiceNow tickets
- Assist with annual W-2 preparation
- Provide backup support to payroll processing for the Americas
- 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
- LATAM and Canadian payroll processing experience is a plus
- CPP or FPC Certification is highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Expertise with payroll systems (Workday experience is a plus)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
