Position Overview The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office staff, including supervising administrative staff, paperwork filing, imaging, and employee hours and time cards. The role ensures effective communication between the terminal and the CSR team. Job Duties & Responsibilities Supervising administrative staff, including office clerks. Supervising paperwork filing and imaging. Monitoring office employees' hours and time cards, intervening with and resolving personnel issues. Ensuring proper communication between a terminal and the CSR team. Required Skills Microsoft 365 proficiency. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Customer service-oriented approach. Professional fluency in English and Spanish. Work Environment / Physical Demands This job operates in an office environment or remote and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level is typical of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday and is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
