As Director of Business Operations, you’ll build the operating rhythm that keeps our teams aligned, measurable, and execution-focused. Own company-wide operating cadence (OKRs, QBRs, weekly exec reviews) and ensure follow-through. Build executive dashboards (KPIs for Product, Revenue, Operations, Compliance) and decision memos. Lead cross-functional programs (launch readiness, scale initiatives, tooling/process improvements). Standardize planning, resourcing, and performance reporting across divisions. Partner with C‑Suite to drive strategic priorities into measurable execution plans. Requirements 8+ years in BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Chief of Staff, or Consulting (SaaS preferred). Strong analytical ability (metrics design, KPI ownership, Excel/Sheets, BI literacy). Track record of running cross‑functional programs with measurable outcomes. Excellent executive communication (written narratives, meeting leadership, stakeholder management). Experience improving processes across distributed teams.
