Asset Management Associate — Senior Living Real Estate

Welltower hires Real Estate Professional to maximize cash flow across senior living portfolios in the US, Canada, and the UK. You will partner with operators, analyze NOI and RevPOR, and support pricing, budgeting, and strategic initiatives aimed at value creation and performance improvement. The role requires field engagement, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
