Duration: 12-month contract Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid) The Talent Acquisition Specialist I will execute full-life-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and testing positions, collaborating with hiring managers to deliver a seamless hiring experience. The role involves sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers while maintaining recruitment metrics and upholding company policies. The position is hybrid, based in Broomfield, CO, and requires US citizenship. Key Responsibilities Source and attract top talent for manufacturing and testing positions Screen candidates and conduct pre-interviews Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation Maintain recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes Build and maintain employment brand through networking and outreach Serve as primary point of contact for new hires until start date Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to provide world-class hiring experience Adhere to established hiring processes and policies Participate in career fairs, virtually or locally Travel locally as needed and maintain confidentiality Ensure compliance with US citizenship requirement Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate) Familiarity with any applicant tracking systems (e.g., BrassRing) Manufacturing or engineering experience would be helpful, but not required Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sense of urgency Demonstrated business acumen and quality decision-making Detail-oriented with ability to follow established hiring processes Willingness to travel locally and maintain confidentiality Strong speaking and communication skills Attitude and aptitude for collaboration and willingness to help colleagues Manufacturing or engineering experience helpful but not required Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ash Group
