Receptionist

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their client's team in California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  
  
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  
  
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  
  
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff members.
  
  
• Ensure all visitors and callers have a positive experience with the company.
  
  

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
