We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation to join our Hackensack, New Jersey or New York City offices. This position offers an extraordinary opportunity to work on challenging, interesting, and rewarding cases within a dynamic and established firm committed to the highest standards of excellence and client service.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in discovery, including depositions and document review
- Collaborate with partners and team members to develop case strategies
- Prepare for and attend hearings and trials
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or New York
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters
