We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation to join our Hackensack, New Jersey or New York City offices. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in discovery, including depositions and document review
- Collaborate with partners and team members to develop case strategies
- Prepare for and attend hearings and trials
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or New York
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters
