Information Technology - Project Manager (IT) - IntermediateStart/End Dates: 1/6/2025 - 6/30/2025 Billing Work Location: USA-JAB-JAB-John Adams BuildingJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs.Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics projects.Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation and troubleshooting.Assist in defining key performance indicator and reporting metrics.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization.6+ years in experience in BI Tools and 3+ years of working experience in TABLEAU DESKTOP and TABLEAU Prep.Demonstrated ability to Design, load and performance tune the STAR schema data model from the flat files.Good Knowledge on SQL and data engineering best practices.Ensure data accuracy using data governance best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.Ability to perform business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.Detail-Oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and visualization.Excellent communication and verbal communication skills.Working experience on Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.Must have skills:Highly skilled Tableau developerExcellent Data analysis skills.Requirement gatheringNice to have:Self-starterQuick to learn new tasksAble to create reports for senior managementExperience required:At least 8 years of experience with 5 years in technology as a Tableau developer/data analyst, 2+ years of Business analyst is nice to have.Role supporting:Governance function with architectureInterview process:Short with 1-2 interviews. All will be at least a video call. An in person interview may be required.Working hours, time zone:EST 8-5 is preferred.Role type:Hybrid with 4 onsite and 1 remote. You will be working with team members both in the US and China.Duration of contract:6 months +Training and first day expectations:On the job trainingDay to day:Working with PO to define requirements, Capture requirements during team meetings, Working with Dev lead to make sure the requirements are being captured at the detailed level
