HR Services Manager

To drive operational excellence in HR services, the full-time HR Services Manager will oversee the HR Service Center, Background Screening Programs, and Talent Acquisition Coordination, leading a team to ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery while managing compliance and continuous improvement initiatives in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of HR Services professionals, establishing performance expectations and accountability measures Develop and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with HR leadership to align HR Services with organizational objectives Manage vendor relationships and oversee the implementation of new programs, policies, and processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience in HR services delivery or HR generalist work Proven leadership, vendor management, and project management skills Strong knowledge of EEOC, background compliance, and other relevant laws and policies Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a self-directed and motivated approach
