This role is focused on driving strategic publisher partnerships across North America, helping leading mobile apps unlock new revenue opportunities through innovative rewarded advertising solutions. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or technology sales Background in adtech, mobile apps, performance marketing, fintech, rewards platforms, digital media, or related industries Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial partnerships Strong understanding of adtech and mobile monetization KPIs including CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and related metrics Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and maintaining CRM systems Proficiency with presentation and analytical tools such as Google Slides, Google Sheets, or similar platforms Ability to independently drive opportunities from prospecting through signed agreement Desired Skills & Experience Experience working with enterprise-level mobile app publishers Familiarity with rewarded advertising and mobile user acquisition ecosystems Experience collaborating with product, technical, legal, and finance teams during partnership implementation Existing network of relationships within the mobile app or adtech industry Previous experience representing an organization at industry events and conferences What You Will Be Doing Daily ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete sales cycle for high-growth and enterprise publisher partnerships across North America Generate new partnership opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship development Lead commercial negotiations and strategic discussions with executive, growth, product, and marketing stakeholders Build customized business cases, presentations, and monetization strategies tailored to partner objectives Maintain accurate pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and CRM documentation Partner with Product, Engineering, Account Management, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partner success Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to influence product development and go-to-market initiatives Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings Contribute to regional growth efforts and help expand the company's North American market presence The Offer Estimated base salary: $140,000 - $180,000Performance-based bonus and commission opportunities Full-time position Boston, MA (hybrid or office-based environment) High-growth opportunity with significant ownership and career advancement potential You will receive the following benefits Medical Insurance Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
