Location: St. Charles, Missouri Or University City, MO Schedule: On Site Salary: $78,000 annual base salary + uncapped earning potential*(Eat what you kill!) About the Position We are seeking a 2 motivated and driven Litigation Attorney to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of litigation experience , strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload. Collections experience is preferred , but candidates with strong general litigation experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation matters and attend court proceedings Appear at motion, call, and trial dockets Handle court appearances in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, and St. Charles County Negotiate settlements and draft settlement agreements Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Draft and respond to discovery Prepare for hearings, motions, and trials Prepare and organize trial exhibits Maintain accurate and organized case files Perform case and file maintenance Communicate professionally with courts and court personnel Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients Conduct legal research and case preparation as needed Manage deadlines and litigation tasks independently Collaborate with attorneys and staff to efficiently move cases toward resolution Qualifications & Requirements Missouri law license required and in good standing 2–3 years of litigation experience preferred Strong understanding of Missouri civil litigation procedures Comfortable appearing in court and advocating on behalf of clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite , including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Missouri Case.net (CaseNet) Reliable transportation required Ability to travel to courts throughout St. Louis County, St. Louis City, and St. Charles County Comfortable working in a hybrid environment Compensation & Earning Potential In addition to the base salary, this position offers uncapped earning potential . Our compensation structure allows attorneys to significantly increase their earnings based on their individual performance and production. You control your earning potential — eat what you kill. There is no artificial ceiling on what a successful attorney can earn. Location & Growth As a rapidly growing firm, we are looking for attorneys who want to grow with us. We prioritize internal promotion and provide opportunities for attorneys who demonstrate leadership, initiative, and strong performance to move into director and managerial roles . Compensation structure is: 10 non-billable hours weekly to firm business. 20 hours to firm business or $4,000 in billings weekly.
