Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Rehabilitation Specialty

This position requires a shift from 07:00 to 19:00.

This is a 13-week contract position.

The role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a rehabilitation setting involves providing nursing care to patients who are recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. You will be part of a dedicated team that helps patients through their rehabilitation journey by maximizing their health, function, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist patients with activities of daily living.
Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current LPN license required.
BLS certification is mandatory.
Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
Must be able to work with patients aged 16 years and older.
