Contract, Project Manager - Hybrid (Marlborough, MA)Marlborough, MA 9 Months MS&T Life SciencesOrbis Clinical is seeking a Contract, Project Manager located in Marlborough, MA (Hybrid) for 8 months.Job Title: Contract, Project ManagerLocation: Hybrid (Marlborough, MA) # of days is based on business needContract: 8 monthsJob Description:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract, Project Manager with a process engineering background who will focus on leading technology transfer activities and major capital expansion projects. The position is global and will touch on a wide array of company product lines. This individual will work closely with a broad cross functional team touching every aspect of company's operations including manufacturing, facilities, and local engineering teams to drive capital projects and tech transfer across the company network. The successful candidate will play a key role in major expansion and tech transfer projects. Organizational skills and an exceptional problem-solving ability are important.Responsibilities:Directly manage or partner with project managers on major capital projects and tech transfer activitiesLead projects from early design through to execution and completionWork closely with facilities and local engineering teams to design and implement solutions for complicated projects.Lead cross functional project teams in support of capital projects and tech transfer initiatives.Develop clear and effective project plans to track progress, flag project risks, and delegate project tasks to cross functional team member(s)Clearly communicate responsibilities, timelines, project risks, and escalations to project team and to key stakeholdersMaintain strong working relationships across a wide array of internal departmentsDevelop and own commissioning and qualification programs to support tech transfer, expansion, and validation activitiesSets and monitors project budgets and resource requirementsWork with local engineering teams to maintain and manage the current state of manufacturing processes and readiness for transferQualifications:Engineering degree or equivalent required4+ years of engineering/project management experience in a biomanufacturing or development environmentDemonstrated track record of successful project executionExcellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skillsExperience with Project management toolsExperience with the operation of process-scale manufacturing equipment.Compensation Details:Orbis Clinical is an equal opportunity employer that provides a reasonable range of compensation for our positions.
