Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Duration: 6 months (potential for permanent hire)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to join a fast-paced, production-driven environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team-oriented operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and process incoming mail
• Scan documents using mailroom scanning equipment
• Sort and organize documents into designated bins
• Distribute mail accurately and efficiently
• Perform physical tasks such as stapling, removing staples, and document handling
• Maintain organization and workflow within a high-volume mailroom environment

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, production-based setting
• Position requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift
• Hands-on, repetitive tasks with consistent movement throughout the day

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs

Basic computer skills (email, internet navigation, etc.)

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a physical role

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
