Zone 6 - Production Supervisor - 2nd shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and instructions in English. Manages production flow. Coordinates with other functional groups to meet customer requirements. Enforces process compliance. Manages all off shift personnel. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises all production shift employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Competencies Design – Demonstrates attention to detail. Education and/or Experience – Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
