Contract Specialist

Eurofins PSS seeks a Principal Legal Specialist to manage the full contract lifecycle for the Professional Scientific Services business line. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements while ensuring compliance and driving process improvements across contract management operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized master service agreements and supporting documents
• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contract agreements
• Track current agreements and recommend improvements to strengthen client relationships
• Manage contract renewal cycles and ensure timely compliance with internal requirements
• Oversee electronic signature administration and maintain accurate contract files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of related contract or legal experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated understanding of client confidentiality and compliance requirements
