Water Resources Project Manager

Seeking an Oregon Licensed Water Resources Manager, the full-time hybrid Senior Water Resources Project Manager will oversee stormwater planning and regulatory compliance projects across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, while providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff. Key responsibilities Conduct regulatory gap analysis and develop strategic permit plans Prepare and submit complex permit applications and conduct multi-media environmental audits Negotiate with regulatory agencies and support compliance programs to mitigate environmental liabilities Required qualifications A bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field A minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance and permitting or a related field Expertise in regulatory gap analysis and strategic permit planning Extensive experience in environmental liability management and risk reduction Certification in the SMS Framework is preferred
