About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2017, and our team of four works together with a strong focus on professionalism, excellence, and doing what's right for our customers. Before becoming an agent, I started as a State Farm team member, and I also spent time as a missionary working on college campuses experiences that helped shape my leadership style and the values we bring into our office every day. I'm originally from Louisiana and graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. One thing we're especially proud of is our performance our office is currently ranked #1 in Texas for boat insurance, and we take a lot of pride in being known for strong service and expertise. Giving back is important to us, and we support Anchor Point along with participating in other local community events throughout the year. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Landry - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
