Amy Chmielewski Agency in Becker, MN is looking for a Customer Relations Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers with their insurance needs.

No insurance experience is required. We're open to entry-level candidates who are personable, organized, and eager to learn. If you have previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or another people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll help create a positive experience for our customers and support them throughout their relationship with the agency.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Answering customer questions by phone, email, and in person. 
• Helping customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, and account updates. 
• Assisting with policy changes, documents, and other service requests. 
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers. 
• Following up with customers to ensure their needs are being met. 
• Providing friendly, professional service and helping resolve customer concerns. 
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. 
• Working closely with the agency team to provide a seamless customer experience. 
• Learning insurance products, policies, and agency procedures through hands-on training.
