This role is responsible for safely operating furnace equipment, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring quality standards are met while supporting overall production flow. Load and unload materials using appropriate material-handling equipment. Monitor temperatures, cycle times, and process controls to ensure proper material processing. Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks. Accurately complete production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Identify and report safety, quality, or equipment issues. Work closely with downstream operations including stacking, machine operations, welding, and leak testing.What We're Looking ForRequired: High school diploma or GED. Ability to work 2nd shift on a consistent basis. Strong attention to safety and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and positive teamwork attitude.Preferred: Manufacturing or furnace operation experience. Experience in aluminum or metal manufacturing. Forklift or crane experience (or willingness to be trained).Physical & Work EnvironmentAbility to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance. Comfortable working in a hot, industrial environment.
