Branch Director

Pay: $80,000 - $200,000+ per year (Base + Profit Sharing) Job Description The Branch Director serves as both the revenue driver and operational leader of a local CareCo office. This role blends community-based sales with hands-on operational leadership - building referral relationships, driving client growth, and ensuring high-quality care delivery. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader who is energized by face-to-face marketing, creating meaningful community connections, building a strong referral network, and driving new business. The Branch Director will own the sales process from building relationships and generating opportunities to converting referrals into clients and growing the office’s revenue. We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in sales or business development and experience leading a team. Industry background matters less than the ability to build trust, take ownership, and deliver results. A profitable, growing office built on strong community relationships and referral partnerships A consistent pipeline driving conversions and revenue growth A reliable caregiver team delivering high-quality care Clients and families who trust CareCo, reflected in retention and referrals Key Responsibilities Sales & Community Development Build and maintain referral partnerships (healthcare providers, community orgs) Own the full sales cycle and meet activity goals Conduct in-person marketing visits and client assessments Operations & Care Delivery Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and care quality Develop client care plans and ensure continuity of care Address operational challenges and maintain regulatory standards Team Leadership Recruit, hire, and develop caregivers and staff Set clear expectations and coach for performance Manage office performance using financial and operational data Organizational Alignment Partner with leadership on goals, reporting, and strategy Identify opportunities to improve and grow the office Required Qualifications High integrity and accountability Proven success in sales or relationship-driven roles Team leadership experience with performance ownership Strong communication and problem-solving skills Quick to learn and adapt to new technology and systems 2+ years operations or business management experience 2+ years leadership experience Bachelor’s degree required Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Company Vehicle PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr The Caregiving Company
