ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Our agency opened in 2019 and is a strong team of eight built on a foundation of sales, service, and growth. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a strong background in sales, which continues to shape our results-driven approach. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Management from Strayer University, have one son, and stay active as a Division I men’s basketball referee. I’m also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and value both leadership and community involvement. We stay deeply involved in the community through various charitable efforts and local initiatives. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
