We're hiring for an Onboarding Specialist position in the Cookeville area . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping new employees get started successfully. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy managing details in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Process onboarding paperwork for new hires
• Complete employment and reference verifications
• Review applications and ensure all required documents are received
• Maintain accurate employee records and files
• Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Support the office with administrative and customer service tasks

What you need:

• Previous office, administrative, HR, or recruiting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency with computers and data entry
• Dependable attendance and professional demeanor

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Days/hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
