Available Shifts 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 2nd Shift 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Scheduling Requirements Operations run 7 days per week Weekend availability is required for many positions Employees may have two days off during the week depending on business needs and assigned schedules Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns Document interactions accurately in company systems Follow established procedures and service guidelines Meet attendance, productivity, and quality expectations Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including weekends as needed Preferred Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Training Paid training provided Training schedules are expected to align with assigned shifts Multiple training classes will be scheduled as hiring ramps up #J-18808-Ljbffr
