Position:Social Media Manager VA
Job Type: Full Time (Remote)
Overview
We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager VA to manage our brand's online presence, grow our audience, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube
* Create, schedule, and publish posts (graphics, captions, reels/shorts)
* Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community interaction
* Track analytics and provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
* Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
* Collaborate with content creators/designers for visual assets
* Research relevant hashtags, trends, and competitor activity
Requirements
* 1–3 years of social media management experience
* Proficiency with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite)
* Strong copywriting and visual content sense (Canva experience a plus)
* Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
* Basic graphic design or video editing skills
* Experience growing accounts from scratch
* Knowledge of paid social ads
