Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, issues, and immediate needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that leverage specific therapeutic modalities to facilitate each client's journey towards mental wellness.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, engaging in evidence-based practices to effectively address trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to offer accessible therapy options for clients with scheduling conflicts or accessibility challenges, ensuring consistency in care delivery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training in new therapeutic modalities and participation in peer supervision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges. This includes individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma histories, relationship issues, and stress management. Your role is pivotal in creating safe spaces where clients can express themselves freely and receive the support they need to navigate their personal challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
