Travel MRI Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging

American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist with a minimum of 6 months of current MRI experience and ARRT (MR) certification for a 13-week assignment in Denver, CO.

Job Details

• Located in the MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Unit of a main hospital building in Denver, CO,
• Imaging equipment includes Toshiba and GE MRI systems,
• EMR system is Meditech,
• Procedures include MSK, body, neuro, and anesthesia-supported cases such as pacemaker studies,
• 1:1 patient ratio,
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM shifts,
• Call coverage required 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend,

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of current MRI Tech experience within the last 6 months,
• ARRT (MR) certification required,
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start),
• SSN and DOB required for consideration,
• One professional reference required,
• License required if applicable,
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - no local candidates accepted,
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• Toshiba MRI experience is preferred,
• Candidates willing to take on additional call shifts are preferred,
• Strong patient care skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude are ideal for this role,
• Unit is staffed by 4 MRI Techs on day shift, with on-call coverage at night
