Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Main OR position in Denver, CO, requiring a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and active CO or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Work in the Main OR of a hospital setting with 23 operating rooms,
• Elective surgical cases include Ortho, Spine, General, CV, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology - no trauma cases,
• 1:1 patient ratio,
• Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM,
• EMR: Meditech,
• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required,
• Current BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start),
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in the OR specialty,
• Minimum 1 year of recent hospital acute care OR RN experience required,
• Ortho/Spine or CV experience preferred,
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration,
• One professional reference required,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - local candidates are not eligible,
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
• Teamwork-oriented unit with a day-shift staff of approximately 70,
• Flexibility and strong teamwork skills are a strong fit for this unit
