Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to join our team in Baton Rouge.

In this role, you will help manage day-to-day client and account needs, coordinate service requests, maintain accurate information, and ensure communication remains clear and professional throughout the customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with different people, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional point of contact for assigned accounts and customers.
• Coordinate account requests, service updates, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized account information and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members.
• Assist with resolving service-related questions and account concerns.
• Track outstanding requests and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Support account onboarding and ongoing account coordination.
• Collaborate with other departments to help ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and internal processes.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all account interactions.
